As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions that leverage cloud technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with our overall architecture strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cloud technologies, data integration, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Develop high-level architecture designs and detailed technical specifications for data solutions using Azure, Data Factory, Data Lake, and other relevant tools.
• Data Integration: Design and implement ETL processes using industry-standard ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data lakes and warehouses.
• Data Warehousing: Build and optimize data warehousing solutions using best practices to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Business Intelligence: Collaborate with BI teams to design effective dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools like Qlik and Power BI, ensuring data visualization aligns with business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for cloud data architecture, including data governance, security, and compliance considerations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, data flows, and technical processes.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on Azure data services.
• Extensive expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS), and data warehousing tools.
• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, specifically Qlik and Power BI.
• Experience with data modelling, database design, and data integration techniques.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services, particularly Data Lake and Data Factory.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with cloud-based databases (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience in big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Job description

Experienced senior QA engineer to oversee our quality assurance team. You will be required to oversee all aspects of software and product testing. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports.

To ensure success as a senior QA engineer you should have extensive experience in high-level problem- solving skills, and the ability to lead and project manage.

Job description

This is a hands-on role responsible for developing and supporting QTC, internal products and IT solutions based on Java and full stack for the SPX Cooling organization. The person in this role will report to the architect for engineering applications and will participate in continuous improvement activities, production support and projects, per business priorities, to design, develop and support solutions for engineering, commercial and other stakeholder groups.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop enhancements on QTC and Related applications.
• Production support QTC and related Applications.
• Prior experience on Developing or supporting CPQ is preferred.
• Monitor QTC and related application with monitoring tools.
• Configure design edits for product line combinations within software
• Perform Production Deployments over weekend, validate and communicate once it is Successful.
• Write and execute SQL statements, prepare reports and modify data on the fly based on requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience with web applications based on Java , Jee and Tomcat.
• Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases, primarily MS SQL server and MySQL
• Experience with web services (REST), Okta/OAuth based authentication
